Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort is hiring for positions across Food & Beverage, Culinary, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Spa. The resort is recruiting for both operational and supervisory roles across its hotel operations.
Located on Mai Khao Beach in northern Phuket, the resort features multiple rooms and suites and offers dining experiences at J’s, Ocean Kitchen, and The Nook. The property also features swimming pools, recreational facilities, meeting and event spaces, and spa and wellness facilities. Its beachfront location provides a quieter resort setting while remaining conveniently close to Phuket International Airport.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred for most positions.
- Supervisory and management candidates should have relevant experience in their respective departments and the ability to lead and coordinate teams.
- Food & Beverage candidates should have experience in restaurant, bar, or beverage service, depending on the position.
- Bartenders and Mixologists should have relevant beverage service and cocktail preparation experience.
- Culinary candidates should have practical kitchen experience, with relevant pastry experience for the Commis Chef – Pastry position.
- Guest Services candidates should have strong communication skills and experience handling guest requests and daily hotel operations.
- Housekeeping applicants should understand hotel room cleaning, laundry, and cleanliness standards.
- Spa Supervisor candidates should have relevant spa or wellness experience along with supervisory capabilities.
