Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant hotel or resort experience is preferred, with qualifications matched to the department and level of the position.
- Strong service skills, professional communication and the ability to work effectively in a busy resort environment are important for guest-facing and F&B roles.
- Culinary applicants should have practical kitchen experience, with knowledge of the relevant cuisine or kitchen section where required.
- Supervisory and management candidates should have experience leading teams and coordinating daily operations.
- Sales, Events and HR applicants should have relevant experience in their respective functions, along with good organisational and communication skills.
- Russian Guest Relations Officer: Russian-language proficiency and previous guest-relations or Front Office experience are important for this position.
- Boat Crew: Relevant boat, marine or water-activity experience is required, with appropriate knowledge of safe boat operations.
- Temporary roles: Applicants for the Cook and Spa Therapist positions should have relevant practical experience for the respective function.
