Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre, an IHG Hotel in the heart of Rayong, Thailand, is hiring across Culinary, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Sales. The current Hotel Jobs in Rayong include Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, Restaurant Manager, Guest Service Agent, Steward, and Sales Manager positions.
The 288-room hotel is part of IHG Hotels & Resorts and operates on Sukhumvit Road, close to Rayong’s business and industrial areas. Its operation includes The Brasserie Global Dining, CU Lounge & Bar, and Elementi Rooftop Grill & Bar, along with nine event spaces and a 30th-floor rooftop venue.

Qualifications & Experience
- Culinary: Practical experience in a hotel or professional kitchen, with Demi Chef de Partie candidates expected to handle section responsibilities and daily food preparation.
- Restaurant Management: Previous experience managing an all-day dining outlet, including team supervision, service standards, and daily restaurant operations.
- Guest Service: Front Office or guest-service experience with good communication skills and confidence in handling guest requests.
- Sales: Hotel sales experience with the ability to manage client relationships, generate business, and support the property’s commercial targets.
- Stewarding: Experience with kitchen sanitation, dishwashing operations, equipment handling, and back-of-house cleanliness.
