- IT: Knowledge of hotel IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support, with experience in troubleshooting and maintaining property management systems.
- Housekeeping: Supervisory experience in rooms or public‑area housekeeping, with a focus on service quality, team coordination, and operational standards.
- Engineering: Hands‑on expertise in electrical or mechanical maintenance, with prior hotel engineering or building operations experience preferred.
- Culinary: Professional kitchen background with specialization in Japanese cuisine; Teppanyaki cooking experience is essential.
- Professional Teppanyaki or Japanese cuisine experience for the Culinary position.
