Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant experience in a luxury hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of the respective department and position applied for.
- Leadership candidates should have previous supervisory or management experience in a comparable role.
- Culinary applicants should have practical experience in the relevant kitchen section and a strong understanding of food preparation and hygiene standards.
- Food & Beverage candidates should demonstrate strong guest-service and team-coordination skills.
