Qualifications & Experience
1. Chef de Cuisine
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment
- Proven experience leading kitchen teams and culinary operations
- Valid Food Handler Certificate required
- Culinary school qualification preferred
2. Banquet Chef
- Minimum 5 years of banquet or high-volume kitchen experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment
- Experience managing large-scale events for 200+ guests
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
3. Banquet Manager
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Banquet & Events Manager or Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong knowledge of luxury F&B service standards such as Forbes 5-Star and AAA 5-Diamond
- Excellent beverage knowledge required
- Familiarity with food and beverage cost control, labor management, and operational reporting
4. Guest Relations Manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or hotel management roles within luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide service standards
- Hotel opening experience is an advantage
5. Spa Supervisor
- Minimum 3 years of luxury spa or hotel experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience using spa management systems preferred
