Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel, luxury restaurant, resort, spa, or comparable hospitality environment.
- Strong Food & Beverage service knowledge, including restaurant, bar, lounge, and in-room dining operations.
- Leadership experience in outlet management, team supervision, scheduling, service standards, and daily F&B operations.
- Professional kitchen experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, pastry, pantry operations, stewarding, hygiene, and food safety.
- Front Office and Guest Services experience with strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Relevant professional training or credentials for Spa and Massage Therapy positions.
- Good organisational and stock-handling skills for Gift Shop and Storeroom functions.
- Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, seasonal, overnight, or on-call schedules where specified.
