Qualifications & Experience
Culinary Roles

- Minimum 4–6 years of culinary experience, including supervisory exposure, for Sous Chef
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and HACCP standards
- Michelin-starred restaurant experience is considered an advantage
Waiter / Waitress
- Previous experience in Italian restaurants or luxury hospitality preferred
- Understanding of food & beverage service standards required

Spa Roles
