Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualifications and previous experience in hospitality or the respective functional area are preferred according to the position.
- Director and managerial positions require substantial experience in the relevant department, along with proven leadership and team-management skills.
- Culinary candidates should have professional kitchen experience and knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Food & Beverage candidates should have relevant restaurant or bar experience and strong guest service skills.
- Front-of-house and guest relations applicants should demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling abilities.
- Finance and Commercial candidates should have relevant industry experience and strong knowledge of departmental operations and reporting.
- Engineering applicants should possess relevant technical qualifications and practical experience in hotel maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or building systems.
- Spa candidates should hold appropriate professional qualifications and relevant experience in spa operations or treatments.
- Previous experience with Hilton or another international luxury hotel brand will be an advantage.
