Rixos Phu Quoc Vietnam is recruiting for its pre-opening team at Hon Thom (Pineapple Island), with more than 80 vacancies across hotel operations, guest services, dining, entertainment, commercial functions, and technical services. As the first Rixos All-Inclusive resort in Southeast Asia, the property is preparing teams for a large-scale island resort operation, with opportunities ranging from senior departmental roles to operational positions. The vacancies are open to foreigners on a local package.

Rixos Phu Quoc Vietnam is a pre-opening all-inclusive resort planned for Hon Thom (Pineapple Island), Phu Quoc. The property will feature more than 1,700 guest rooms, including 321 suites, with panoramic ocean views and direct access to the beach. Its scale makes it one of the major hospitality developments planned for the island.

The resort is planned with 27 restaurants and bars, alongside dedicated Rixy Kids Club and Teens Club facilities. Guests will also have access to wellness, sports, entertainment, family activities, and the Hon Thom Cable Car, which connects the island with the mainland and is recognised by Guinness World Records™. Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in an upscale hotel, resort, restaurant, entertainment venue, or related hospitality operation will be an advantage, depending on the role.
• Senior and managerial positions require proven experience managing teams, departmental operations, budgets, or specialised functions.
• Culinary and F&B applicants with international hotel or resort experience and strong knowledge of their respective sections will be preferred.
• Guest-facing positions require confident communication, professional presentation, and the ability to maintain high service standards in a busy resort environment.
• Russian language skills are specifically relevant to the Guest Relations Agent position.
• Technical roles require appropriate trade skills and hands-on experience in areas such as HVAC and plant operations, kitchen and laundry equipment, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
• Entertainment and recreation positions require relevant experience in children’s activities, sports, fitness, audio-visual production, or resort entertainment, depending on the role.
• Marketing and commercial positions require experience in areas such as digital marketing, PR, content, e-commerce, influencer management, sales, or international market development.
• Finance, People & Culture, Security, and Quality & Sustainability positions require relevant professional experience and knowledge of their respective functions.
