Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant experience in a luxury or upscale hotel, restaurant, bar, or comparable hospitality operation.
- Supervisory experience in Food & Beverage operations, including outlet service, team scheduling, guest handling, and daily service coordination.
- Strong knowledge of in-room dining procedures, order taking, tray and table presentation, service timing, and coordination with kitchen teams.
- Good beverage knowledge with practical experience in bar operations, service standards, inventory handling, and responsible alcohol service.
- Front Office experience with knowledge of reception procedures, guest registration, room allocation, hotel systems, and handling guest requests.
- Strong restaurant service skills for Waiter / Waitress positions, including order taking, food and beverage service, table setup, and guest interaction.
- Good English communication, professional presentation, and the ability to work effectively during busy hotel operations.
