Qualifications & Experience (role highlights)
- Front Office Manager: Minimum 2 years as Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager. Degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism preferred. Strong administrative and problem-solving skills required.
- Guest Relations / Front Office / F&B roles: 1–4 years in luxury or upscale hotels preferred. Good communication and guest-service orientation are essential.
- Sommelier / Bartender: Proven beverage service experience and product knowledge. Certifications or formal training are a plus.
- Apprentices: Relevant hospitality diploma or recent graduates considered; readiness to learn on the job required.
