Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant hotel or resort experience suited to the position and level of responsibility.
• Russian-speaking candidates are required for Guest Relations Agent, Receptionist, Waiter/Waitress, Hostess and Telephone Operator positions.
• Front Office applicants should have strong communication skills and confidence handling guest enquiries, reception procedures or concierge services.
• F&B candidates should understand restaurant service and guest interaction; Outlet Manager applicants should have experience overseeing outlet operations.
• Culinary candidates should have practical kitchen experience and knowledge of food hygiene standards.
• Housekeeping and laundry applicants should understand cleanliness, linen handling and resort upkeep procedures.
• Engineering candidates should have relevant technical experience with kitchen or laundry equipment.
