- Food & Beverage professionals should demonstrate excellent guest service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver personalized dining experiences in a high-volume restaurant.
- Supervisory candidates should have experience leading service teams, coordinating daily restaurant operations, and maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine, tea culture, or fine dining service will be an advantage for guest-facing roles.
- Chinese language proficiency is preferred to support guest interactions and restaurant operations.
