Departments Hiring
The banquets and events team is currently welcoming applications for Banquet Chef, Banquet & Events Manager, Banquet Server, Banquet Bartender, and Banquet Houseperson. Each of these roles plays an important part in delivering seamless, memorable experiences for guests attending special occasions at the hotel.
Qualifications
1. Banquet Bartender
- 3-5 years of experience in high-volume, upscale bartending; luxury hotel or resort preferred
- Experience in banquet or event bartending is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail preparation
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
2. Banquet Server
- 2-3 years of experience in upscale banquet service; luxury hotel or resort preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining service techniques and etiquette is highly preferred
- Experience serving large groups (50+ guests) in formal settings
- Wine service knowledge with proper techniques
3. Banquet Chef
- Minimum 5 years of banquet or high-volume kitchen experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events (200+ guests)
- Experience leading kitchen teams and managing staff operations
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions, allergen protocols, and nutritional guidelines
- Proficiency with kitchen management software and inventory systems
- Familiarity with local and national culinary trends
4. Banquet Houseperson
- 2 years of experience in banquet operations or event setup; luxury hotel or resort preferred
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility for various shifts
5. Banquet & Events Manager
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Banquet & Events Manager or Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or resort
- Prior experience overseeing multiple F&B outlets; luxury resort background preferred
