Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in hotels, luxury resorts, or hospitality operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional attitude with a guest-first approach.
- Leadership experience for supervisory and management positions.
- Culinary applicants should have relevant experience in Indian, or Western cuisine.
- Prior experience with Marriott or a background in Marriott hotel operations is preferred for the Food & Beverage Manager role.
- Hotel Management graduates with the right skills are encouraged to apply for suitable positions.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and uphold Marriott’s global service standards.
