Departments Hiring
Hiring is open across the culinary and food & beverage divisions. The culinary department is seeking experts in Indian, South Indian, and Continental cuisine, with roles spanning from Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to Commis II. In the food & beverage department, positions such as Bartender and Guest Service Associate are open for those with strong communication skills and prior experience in luxury hospitality. All applicants must currently be working in similar roles, and only shortlisted candidates will be invited for walk-in interviews.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant hospitality degree or diploma preferred
- Strong culinary skills for kitchen roles, especially Indian and South Indian cuisine
- Excellent communication and grooming standards for F&B front-line roles
- Bartender applicants must have luxury hotel or bar experience; trials are mandatory
- F&B GSA candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience with polished interpersonal skills
