Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort, with relevant departmental expertise.
- Strong procurement and supplier-management knowledge for Purchasing roles.
- Steakhouse experience, particularly in meat preparation and specialist cooking techniques, is preferred for the relevant culinary roles.
- Restaurant management experience with knowledge of outlet operations, service standards, staffing, guest handling, and daily controls.
- Front Office experience with knowledge of reception procedures, guest registration, hotel systems, and guest assistance.
- Russian, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese language skills are an advantage for guest-contact positions.
- Strong English communication and professional presentation.
