Park Hyatt Dubai is preparing for its Q1 2027 reopening and is recruiting professionals for its new operating team. Available roles span Food & Beverage, Culinary, Events, Sales, Marketing, Communications, and Creative, including several senior positions.
The Dubai Creek property is part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and has 223 rooms and suites, including 34 suites. Its facilities include The Thai Kitchen, NOÉPE, The Lounge, Jones the Grocer, Amara Spa & Fitness, swimming pools, private beaches, and meeting and event spaces. The reopening is expected to bring the property back into Dubai’s luxury hospitality market in Q1 2027.

Qualifications & Experience
- Luxury hotel experience is expected for the senior F&B and Culinary leadership positions.
- The Thai Kitchen role requires relevant restaurant management experience, particularly within upscale or luxury dining.
- Sales positions require experience in corporate, leisure, or luxury consortia business, depending on the role.
- Chinese-language proficiency is required for the Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure & Luxury Consortia position.
- Marketing and Communications candidates should have relevant hospitality experience in brand communication, campaigns, digital marketing, or content.
- Graphic Design applicants should have professional creative experience relevant to hotel branding and communications.
- Events candidates should have experience coordinating hotel events and working with clients, operations, and service teams.
