Nobu One Za’abeel Restaurant is hiring for multiple front-of-house positions. Openings include Food & Beverage Attendant, Bar Attendant, Waiter, and Captain, offering opportunities for professionals with strong guest service skills. Senior-level roles such as Bartender, Head Bartender, Sommelier, VIP Hostess, and Head Hostess are also available, suited for individuals with refined service expertise and leadership qualities.
Culinary
For culinary professionals, positions are open for Chef de Partie – Specialty, Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, Commis 1, and Commis 2. These roles are ideal for chefs passionate about creativity, precision, and delivering exceptional dining experiences in a high-volume kitchen environment.
