Who Can Attend an OCLD Open Access Day?
Candidates interested in building a career with The Oberoi Group can attend the Open Access Day to learn more about the relevant programmes and selection process. Eligibility varies according to the programme. For the postgraduate management programmes, OCLD states that candidates should be above 19 and below 25 years of age as of 1 July of the joining year and hold a recognised graduate degree.
Selection Process
The Oberoi Group’s selection process includes campus presentations and first-round interviews, followed by assessments, semi-final interviews, and final interviews. Open Access Day locations are announced as part of this selection process.
