Departments Hiring

The Human Resources department is seeking an Assistant Director of Human Resources, while the Sales & Marketing division has an opening for a Sales Manager based in Dubai. The Culinary team is looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to support its kitchen operations, and the Food & Beverage department is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee dining services.

Qualifications & Experience

Assistant Director of Human Resources

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management with at least 4 years of experience.
• Previous HR leadership role within luxury resorts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to lead multi-cultural teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to live in a remote location.

Sales Manager (Dubai-based)

• 3–5 years of luxury hospitality sales experience.
• Strong track record in European luxury leisure markets.
• Established client relationships in the UK, Germany, France, and Switzerland.
• Skilled in communication, negotiation, and client engagement.
• Experience with trade shows, forums, and bespoke itineraries.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Opera Sales & Catering is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; European languages or Arabic preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Executive Sous Chef

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts with at least 5 years’ management experience.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in food safety/alcohol awareness.
• Ability to live and work in a remote environment.

Restaurant Manager

• High school diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience in a luxury outlet.
• Food handler/health certification as per local regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Adaptability to remote living conditions.
