Currently, the hotel is looking to hire for two dynamic roles: Guest Service Associate – Front Office and Front Office Executive. These positions demand a warm personality, the ability to handle guest interactions professionally, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Whether welcoming VIPs or managing daily check-ins, the department thrives on creating a seamless, personalised experience for every guest.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a front office or guest services role in a luxury hotel setting.
- Hospitality degree or diploma is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PMS software.
- All roles operate on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as is standard in hotel front office roles. Flexibility is key to succeeding in these positions.
