Departments Hiring

The hotel is expanding its team across the Food & Beverage Service and Food Production departments. Currently open roles include Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, Bartender, and Food & Beverage Associate. The culinary team is also seeking skilled professionals for Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie positions, specifically in Bakery and Confectionery. Candidates from top-tier hotels or premium standalone restaurants in Mumbai will be given preference.

Qualifications & Experience

• Restaurant/Assistant Restaurant Manager: 4-6 years in a similar role at a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Bar Manager/Assistant Bar Manager: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bartender: 1-2 years of hands-on bar experience; flair for mixology preferred.
• F&B Associate: 6 months to 1 year of experience; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie – Bakery & Confectionery: 2-4 years of experience in similar roles.
