Departments Hiring
The resort is currently recruiting for various roles across its operations. The Events team is looking for an Events Executive to manage functions and client relationships with precision and creativity. The Front Office team seeks a Guest Service Agent to provide warm welcomes and seamless check-ins. Moreover, the Spa team is hiring an experienced Spa Therapist with expertise in massage therapy and beauty treatments. The Food & Beverage department has openings for Restaurant Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Qualifications & Experience
Events Executive
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Sales/Hospitality
- Strong local market knowledge, Opera/Delphi skills preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
Guest Service Agent
- Prior front desk experience preferred
- Opera proficiency is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Russian or other languages preferred
Spa Therapist
- Licensed in massage therapy and cosmetology/aesthetics
- Previous luxury spa experience essential
- Candidate should have Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
Restaurant Server
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in 4* or 5* hotels
- Good English communication; other languages a plus
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
Demi Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in respective kitchen operations, HACCP knowledge
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environments
Commis II
- Culinary certificate or equivalent kitchen experience
- Knowledge of international cuisine and ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Flexible schedule availability
