Hiring for Multiple Departments
Grand Wailea is actively hiring across a wide range of departments, offering opportunities for both union and non-union positions. The Food & Beverage team is looking for passionate service professionals such as Servers, Busser, Bartenders, Barporters, and Expeditors. Moreover, the resort’s diverse dining venues require skilled chefs and kitchen staff to provide essential support in the Culinary department.
The Housekeeping and Laundry teams are essential in delivering the property’s renowned luxury standards, while the Spa department seeks Massage Therapists, Spa Attendants, and Aestheticians professionals who can enhance guest relaxation. Additionally, openings are available in Security, Retail, and Human & Resources, each playing a key role in the smooth operation of the resort.
Qualifications & Requirements
– Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Yes, please park in the South Parking Garage located at the South Entrance. Use the call button to alert Security that you are here for the job fair.
Q.2) Is the bonus available for all roles?
No. The tenure bonus is applicable only for select roles such as housekeeping, stewarding, and similar operational positions.
Q3.) Do I need to register for the Job Fair?
No prior registration is required. Simply arrive at the ʻIlima Conference Room on June 2nd between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
