Conrad Washington, DC, is currently recruiting for multiple hotel job openings across departments. At the leadership level, the Chef de Cuisine position offers the chance to oversee operations at Estuary, the hotel’s signature restaurant, and in-room dining. The role involves supervising two Sous Chefs and a team of 8-10 culinary staff, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. Candidates should bring 1–2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine. Additionally, a background in fine dining and prior work with unionized teams.
The Banquet Chef will manage a team of 15 cooks, leading banquet service and the employee dining room. Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef, with a proven ability to deliver quality at scale and lead effectively in a luxury hotel setting.
Additionally, the hotel is also hiring Cook II, Banquet Cook II to support dining services and special event catering.
