Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related discipline, depending on the position.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or an international hospitality brand is preferred. Leadership positions require prior supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Candidates applying for Rooms Division roles should possess excellent guest service skills and operational knowledge of front office or housekeeping functions.
- Culinary professionals should have strong technical knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Food & Beverage candidates should demonstrate sound knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and team coordination.
- Preference will be given to Indonesian nationals or candidates who already possess valid authorization to work in Indonesia, in accordance with local employment regulations and employer requirements.
