Dress Code for Recruitment Event
For Female Candidates:
- Hair: neatly tied back
- Makeup: full professional makeup
- Attire: business wear
- Shoes: formal heels
For Male Candidates:
- Hair: neatly presented
- Face: clean-shaven
- Attire: suit or smart business wear
- Shoes: formal work shoes
Emirates Cabin Crew Eligibility Criteria – 2025
To be considered for a cabin crew position with Emirates, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Core Requirements
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally engaging and team-oriented personality
- Minimum height of 160 cm, able to reach 212 cm when on tiptoes.
- Must fulfill the UAE’s employment visa criteria
- Minimum age of 21 years
Experience & Education
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
- Completion of Grade 12 / High School education or equivalent
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform (without the use of bandages or concealers)
Pay & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 / month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.6 per hour (approx. 80–100 flying hours per month)
- Average Monthly Pay: AED 11,244 (USD 3,061 approx.)
- Meal Allowances: Paid in arrears with the monthly salary
Additional benefits include:
- Fully furnished accommodation (shared apartments with utilities covered)
- Free company-provided transport to/from the airport and training college
- 30 days annual leave with one annual leave ticket to home country (after 3 years, this can be to any Emirates destination)
- Staff travel benefits on Emirates and partner airlines
- Medical and dental coverage through Emirates clinics
- 24-hour worldwide life and accident insurance
- End of service benefits (lump sum based on contract completion)
