The resort is currently expanding its team across three key departments. In the Culinary Department, the position of Sous Chef – Indian Cuisine calls for a creative professional who can bring regional flavours to life while maintaining five-star standards. The Food & Beverage Service Department is hiring for both supervisory and entry-level roles, including F&B Service Executive and Guest Service Associate – F&B Service, ideal for individuals who enjoy curating memorable dining experiences.
Meanwhile, the Front Office Department has openings for Guest Service Associate – Front Office and a Duty Manager with strong Opera PMS knowledge, perfect for those who thrive in guest-facing environments and can handle high-pressure operations with finesse.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Opera PMS (especially for Front Office roles)
- Culinary roles require professional kitchen experience in Indian cuisine
- Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality
