Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should have a proven background in a similar luxury hospitality or fine-dining role, supported by strong leadership and guest relationship skills. The positions require excellent communication, a commitment to luxury service standards, and the ability to manage daily operations effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English and strong interpersonal skills are required.
About Hotel
Located in Nusa Dua, Bali, the resort features 413 rooms, including 39 suites and villas, surrounded by tropical gardens and contemporary architecture. Guests have access to three restaurants and two bars, Sofitel FITNESS, Sofitel SPA, indoor and outdoor kids’ clubs, and 24 function venues, including a Grand Ballroom and Beachfront Ballroom. The resort also offers Club Millésime, providing an elevated dining and lounge experience with curated cuisine and wines.
