Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort is preferred, while internship opportunities are open to eligible students and fresh graduates.
• Culinary and Food & Beverage professionals should have strong technical knowledge, excellent service skills, and the ability to maintain international hospitality standards.
• Housekeeping candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, quality-focused room care, and experience in maintaining luxury accommodation standards.
• Engineering and Facilities applicants should possess relevant technical qualifications and practical experience in hotel maintenance, fire and life safety systems, or their respective trades.
• Sales, Reservations, Purchasing, and Finance professionals should have strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and experience with hospitality systems and processes.
• Spa Therapists should hold relevant certifications, while Security professionals should have knowledge of hotel safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and a guest-focused approach are essential across all departments.
