Director of Rooms – Six Senses Rome

This leadership position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, or business, along with four years of guest service or hotel operations experience, two of which should be in management. More than five years in a similar operational role is strongly preferred. Candidates must be fluent in both Italian and English and hold a valid EU work permit.

Director of Food & Beverage – Six Senses Rome

A degree in hotel management, culinary arts, or a related field, with at least three years of leadership experience in F&B operations. A diploma in catering or business and five-plus years in a comparable role are preferred. Fluency in both English and Italian is required, as is an EU work permit.

F&B Supervisor – Six Senses Rome

Applicants must have at least 1-3 years of restaurant experience in a full-service outlet and a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree or diploma from a hospitality school is an advantage. Strong communication skills in Italian and English are essential. Moreover, the hotel will consider only candidates who hold a valid EU work permit to work in Italy.

Spa Therapist & Beautician – Six Senses Rome

This role requires at least three years of experience in luxury spas or wellness centers, along with relevant beauty and wellness qualifications such as NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO. A strong understanding of massage therapy, anatomy, and spa technology is essential. Applicants must be fluent in Italian with good English communication skills and must hold a valid EU passport.

Income Auditor – Six Senses Rome

This finance role is ideal for candidates with a diploma in finance or accounting, professional certifications, and at least one year of hotel accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel systems like POS, PMS, and CRM are required. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential, along with a valid EU work permit.
