The Oberoi Udaivilas is often regarded as one of the finest hotels in the world. Surrounded by 30 acres of lush gardens and reflecting pools, the hotel blends Mewar-inspired design with world-class service.
Departments Hiring
The Oberoi Udaivilas is currently hiring across a select range of operational departments. In the Food & Beverage division, openings include Guest Service Associates and skilled Bartenders to deliver signature service in the hotel’s fine-dining and lounge venues. The Culinary team is seeking talented Commis chefs specializing in Western, Indian Tandoor, and Curry preparations. The Front Office is looking for Guest Relation Associates who can offer a refined and welcoming guest experience from check-in through departure. In Laundry operations, Laundry Associates are needed to support the hotel’s high standards of presentation and care. Additionally, the hotel is hiring a creative Florist to manage floral arrangements and aesthetics throughout the property. For those with safety and compliance expertise, the Fire Safety Supervisor role is open to candidates with certified qualifications from the National Fire Service College.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in luxury hotels or hospitality preferred
- Culinary candidates must have relevant knowledge in their specialty areas
- Bartenders should have strong beverage knowledge and guest-handling experience
- Fire Safety Supervisor must hold a valid diploma or degree from the National Fire Service College (NFSC)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential across all roles
